Medical practitioner / Physician means a person other than the insured person, family or close relative who is qualified by degree in medicine and legally authorized to practice medicine, render medical and surgical services.
Medical practitioner / Physician means a registered medical practitioner qualified and licensed to practice western medicine and who, in rendering such treatment, is practicing within the scope of his licensing and training in the geographical area of practice, but excluding a doctor, physician or surgeon who is the insured himself/herself.
