Medical Payments definition

Medical Payments means reasonable payments for:
Medical Payments means reasonable expenses for FIRST AID at the time of an ACCIDENT, necessary medical, surgical, X-ray and dental services, ambulance, hospital, professional nursing and funeral services.
Medical Payments means payment to or for each person who sustains Bodily Injury caused by accident all reasonable Medical Expenses incurred within one year from the date of the accident on account of such Bodily Injury, provided such Bodily Injury arises out of (a) a conditio n in the insured premises; or (b) operations with respect to which the Named Insured is afforded coverage for Bodily Injury under this policy “Occurrence” means an event, including continuous or repeated exposures to conditions, which result in “Bodily Injury”, “Pers onal Injury” and/or “Property Damage” neither expected or intended from the standpoint of the “Insured”. All such exposure to substantially the same general conditions shall be deemed one “Occurrence”.

Medical Payments with a limit of $5,000.00 The Contractor acknowledges that the Agreement will not be enforceable between the parties until the Contractor submits to MSJ proof of payment for all insurance, bonds, liability and insurance policies and/or any deposit as required by the Municipality of San Xxxx Bid Board “Junta de Subastas”, and pursuant to the Municipal Code of Puerto Rico. These policies will include the MSJ as an Additional Insured, the Contractor will deliver a Certificate of Insurance and the policies will have an endorsement of Save & Hold Harmless Agreement where it exempts the MSJ from all responsibility due to the fault or negligence of the Contractor or the Insurance Company. If the insurance policies provided by the Contractor expire within the term in which this contract is signed, they will have to supply the renewal copies before signing the contract. If the expiration of the policies occurs within the validity of the contract or during the period of its validity extension, the Contractor will have to supply the renewal of said policies at least thirty days before their expiration. Before signing the contract, the Contractor must present evidence of the payment of the premiums of all the insurance and of the additional guarantees or endorsements that it has had to make to the insurance policies. This evidence will be made through a certification from the insurance and Surety Company stating that said premiums have not been financed in part or in full. All insurance policies will be filed in the Auction Office in original and three copies. The insurance company will notify the MSJ ninety days in advance of the date of any cancellation, change or amendment to the policies and bonds indicated to guarantee this contract. Provided, that no cancellation will be made for non- payment of premiums, since certification of premium payment in full is required for the signing of the contract.
