Medical Committee definition

Medical Committee means the medical committee established under section 428;
Medical Committee means the committee of three (3) physicians appointed by the Board under A.C.A. § 24-7-303 for the purpose of evaluating disability retirement applications.

More Definitions of Medical Committee

Medical Committee means the Medical Committee constituted under section 30.

  • Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
