MEDICAL AND DENTAL COVERAGE. For as long as Swetx xx receiving Guaranteed Salary Continuation or Contingent Additional Salary Continuation Payments, he is eligible to 2 continue any coverage under FMC's medical and dental plans on the same basis and to the same extent as currently covered and as may be available to similarly situated employees in the event that 3 changes are subsequently made to such plans. At the end of the Guaranteed Salary Continuation Period or Contingent Additional Salary Continuation Period, he may elect to continue these health and dental benefits under COBRA.   • Continuation Coverage means coverage under a COBRA continuation provision or a similar state program. Coverage provided by a plan that is subject to a COBRA continuation provision or similar state program, but that does not satisfy all the requirements of that provision or program, will be deemed to be continuation coverage if it allows an individual to elect to continue coverage for a period of at least 18 months. Continuation coverage does not include coverage under a conversion policy required to be offered to an individual upon exhaustion of continuation coverage, nor does it include continuation coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.
