Medicaid recipient means an individual authorized by the department to receive services under the provisions of the United States Social Security Act, Title XIX and successors to it.[PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).]
