  • Any Officer may resign as such at any time upon written notice to the Management Committee, and in the case of the CEO only, to Polo and the Media Representative.

  • The principal office and place of business of the Company will be located at such place or places as Polo and the Media Representative may from time to time designate by mutual agreement.

  • In the event that the Management Committee fails to agree on any matter as to which unanimous agreement of the Managers is required under this Agreement, the Operating Agreement or by law, and such deadlock is not resolved within 30 days of the date the Management Committee reaches such deadlock, Polo and the Media Representative shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to resolve such deadlock.
