Mechanically Complete definition

Mechanically Complete means (i) DC wiring and panel stringing for the System is fully installed; and
Mechanically Complete means the achievement of the following: Acceptance in writing by Owner of a certificate issued by Contractor certifying that i) the physical completion of the Work relating to the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement such that the Work is ready to undergo Start-Up, including, setting of the applicable equipment on foundations; connecting such equipment to other applicable equipment with piping, wiring, controls, and safety systems; ensuring that such equipment and such related operating systems are, as applicable, individually cleaned, pressure tested, leak checked, lubricated, and point-to-point checked to verify that such equipment and such related operating systems have been correctly installed so as to respond to simulated test signals equivalent to actual signals received during operation; and ensuring that such equipment and related operating systems are ready for initial operation, adjustment and testing and may be so operated, adjusted and tested without damage thereto or to any other property and without injury to any person; ii) compliance of the Work and the Project with the agreed to standards where applicable; and iii) completion of the Work so that commissioning of the plant or the applicable portion of the facility may commence. Should Owner achieve 72 hours continuous operation of the Facility at full designed capacity, or less if reduction is not caused by Work of Contractor, then the Facility shall be deemed to be Mechanically Complete.
Mechanically Complete means that the Facility or any Area thereof is mechanically complete and ready for Commissioning.

  • With respect to each SGF, when Contractor considers the Work with respect to the SGF to be Mechanically Complete in accordance with the Contract Documents, and when Contractor has received the construction permit certificate of acceptance from the construction permitting authority, then Contractor shall issue to Owner and Authority Construction Monitor an Application for Mechanical Completion for such SGF.

  • Within twenty (20) days after receipt of Notice from Owner that the Work is not Mechanically Complete, or within a reasonable time if such non-compliance cannot be remedied within twenty (20) days, Contractor will promptly complete any incomplete items and remedy defective items, after which Contractor shall submit a revised Application for Mechanical Completion.

Mechanically Complete mean, with respect to a SGF, when (i) Contractor has completed the design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities of this Agreement for such SGF, excluding Interconnection Approval, successful completion of performance testing and the successful completion of Punch List Items and the delivery or performance of any documents or any other items of Work or obligations that are not required to be delivered or performed until, as applicable, Substantial Completion or Final Completion, and (ii) has performed the installation checklist and acceptance tests as set out in Attachment IX.
Mechanically Complete means that installation of a Unit is complete and such Unit and all necessary auxiliary systems (including any balance of plant issues such as gas supply) are ready for first fire.
Mechanically Complete means that all of the following has occurred: (a) the Work is approved by Cheniere as being ready for pre-commissioning and/or commissioning; (b) Willbros has delivered to Cheniere a set of original test and inspection certificates, including hydrostatic test reports, materials documentation, MAOP establishment records, and internal geometry pig results; (c) Willbros has completed all construction, procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and testing, including final pipeline hydrostatic tests for the pipeline and all appropriate appurtenances to ensure that such systems were correctly constructed, procured, fabricated, assembled, erected, installed and tested and are capable of being operated safely and reliably within the requirements contained in this Agreement; (d) Willbros has delivered to Cheniere a Mechanical Completion Certificate for the Project in the form of Attachment III, and Cheniere has accepted such certificate by signing such certificate; (e) Willbros has dewatered and dried the pipeline to a dewpoint of negative forty degrees Fahrenheit (-40ºF); (f) Willbros has completed all Exception Items in accordance with Paragraph 8.1; and (g) Willbros has performed all other obligations required under this Agreement for Mechanical Completion.
Mechanically Complete means that the System (i) has been installed at the Premises, all the direct current components of the System are mechanically and electrically complete, and the System is ready to commence start-up, testing, commissioning and operations once the Utility work and alternating current components of the System are completed or (ii) satisfies requirements under the SMART Program to be considered mechanically complete.
