The Project shall be required to undergo ninety (90) days of Measurement and Verification to verify that the Project is operating as intended.
Measurement and Verification shall begin when the Project has entered Commercial Operation.
VI.1 The Project Sponsor shall input or upload all project details and documentation to the Xcel Energy online tracking system in order to measure and verify the Demand Savings and Energy Savings that result from the Measures installed as a part of the Project as set forth in the Measurement and Verification Plan found in the Final Application, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
As a result of such investigation, QESP and Department shall determine what, if any, adjustments to the baseline will be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Schedule C (Savings Measurement and Verification Plan; Post-Retrofit M&V Plan; Annual M&V Report Requirements) and Schedule B (Baseline Energy Consumption; Methodology to Adjust Baseline).
Measurement and Verification Methodology Because there are no energy savings associated with this ECM, there is no M&V required.
