Measure Date definition

Measure Date means a date no earlier than two days prior to the calculation of the Periodic Bond Payment Requirement.
Measure Date means any given point in time when a determination is being made.
Measure Date means, in any Remittance Period, the date of the Storm-Recovery Charge and Tax Charge calculations. Member means FPL, as the sole member of the Issuer, in its capacity as such member under the Issuer LLC Agreement.

  • The restrictions imposed by Section 6.3 hereof upon the transferability of the Registrable Shares shall cease and terminate as to any particular number of Registrable Shares upon the passage of two (2) years from the Measure Date or at such time as an opinion of counsel satisfactory in form and substance to Parent shall have been rendered to the effect that such conditions are not necessary in order to comply with the Act.

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Anniversary Date means each anniversary of the Closing Date.

  • Measuring Date means November 18, 2010.

  • Measurement Time means 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day immediately prior to the Closing.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).
