Means and Methods of Construction means the labor, materials, temporary structures, tools, plant, and construction equipment, and the manner and time of their use, necessary to accomplish the result intended by this Contract.

  • If the Contractor fails to adhere to the approved progress schedule, or to the schedule as revised, it shall promptly adopt such other or additional Means and Methods of Construction, at its sole cost and expense, as will make up for the time lost and will assure completion in accordance with the approved progress schedule.
