Suggestions means all suggested improvements to the Service Offerings that you provide to us.

Resolve and the correlative terms, “Resolved”, “Resolving” and “Resolution” each means that the Services are restored to a point where the Customer can perform their job. Borrower shall be in default if any action or proceeding, whether civil or criminal, is begun that, in Xxxxxx’s judgment, could result in forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. Borrower can cure such a default and, if acceleration has occurred, reinstate as provided in Section 19, by causing the action or proceeding to be dismissed with a ruling that, in Xxxxxx’s judgment, precludes forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. The proceeds of any award or claim for damages that are attributable to the impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property are hereby assigned and shall be paid to Lender. All Miscellaneous Proceeds that are not applied to restoration or repair of the Property shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2.

Fabric refresher means a product labeled to neutralize or eliminate odors on nonlaundered fabric including, but not limited to, soft household surfaces, rugs, carpeting, draperies, bedding, automotive interiors, footwear, athletic equipment, clothing and/or on household furniture or objects upholstered or covered with fabrics such as, but not limited to, wool, cotton, or nylon. “Fabric Refresher” does not include “Anti-static Product,” “Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner,” “Footwear or Leather Care Product,” “Spot Remover,” or “Disinfectant,” or products labeled for application to both fabric and human skin.
Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;
