Meal Allowance definition

Meal Allowance means an allowance that is provided to assist with meal costs for clients travelling away from home.

Meal Allowance when any employee covered by this Agreement is required to work at least two hours overtime [as defined in Article 12.02], the employee shall be entitled to a maximum personal meal allowance of twelve ($12.00) for on each such occasion. Itemized receipts for meals must be submitted and approved for reimbursement. The twelve ($12.00) dollar amount will be increased to fourteen ($14.00) dollars the first payroll period following ratification.
