MBIA Reimbursement Amount definition

MBIA Reimbursement Amount means the sum of (a) the aggregate unreimbursed amount of any payments made by MBIA under the Class A-2B Policy, together with interest on such amount from the date of payment by MBIA until paid in full at a rate of interest equal to the Late Payment Rate, (b) all costs and expenses of MBIA in connection with any action, proceeding or investigation affecting the Trust Fund or the rights or obligations of MBIA under this Agreement or under the Class A-2B Policy, including any judgment or settlement entered into affecting MBIA or MBIA's interests, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the Late Payment Rate and (c) any other amounts owed to MBIA under this Agreement or the Insurance Agreement, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the Late Payment Rate.
MBIA Reimbursement Amount. The amount of all Insured Payments and other payments made by MBIA pursuant to the Class A-3 Policy which have not been previously repaid, together with interest accrued at the Late Payment Rate.
