Maximum Variable Funding Balance definition

Maximum Variable Funding Balance. The maximum Security Balance of the Variable Funding Notes, which shall be an amount equal to $56,098,402 or such greater amount as may be permitted pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Indenture.
Maximum Variable Funding Balance means $65,000,000.
