Maximum Value definition

Maximum Value means the maximum amount of funding that an Employer can use to fund that particular Learning Programme under this Agreement;
Maximum Value means the maximum amount payable by the Trust for a Talc Personal Injury Claim for a specific category of disease under the Trust Agreement.
