Maximum Tonnage definition

Maximum Tonnage means (subject to clause 11.1.2) (in relation to each Member and each Obligation Year) the maximum number of PRNs which Valpak is permitted under the Regulations to offset against such Member's Producer Responsibility Obligations;
Maximum Tonnage means the maximum tonnage of Contract Waste that a Council can deliver to the Facility before the Additional Waste provisions of the Payment Mechanism apply, and such Maximum Tonnages for each Council are set out in Clause 4A.2

Related to Maximum Tonnage

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Maximum mass means the maximum mass stated by the vehicle manufacturer to be technically permissible (this mass may be higher than the "permissible maximum mass" laid down by the national administration).

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.

  • Maximum Weekly Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in one week, defined as the 168 hour period starting Monday 0001 hour, under normal operating conditions. Member:

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

  • Maximum Program Amount means Common Shares with an aggregate Sales Price of the lesser of (a) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares registered under the effective Registration Statement (defined below) pursuant to which the offering is being made, (b) the number of authorized but unissued Common Shares (less Common Shares issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of any outstanding securities of the Company or otherwise reserved from the Company’s authorized capital stock), (c) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares permitted to be sold under Form S-3 (including General Instruction I.B.6 thereof, if applicable), or (d) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares for which the Company has filed a Prospectus (defined below).

  • Total maximum daily load or "TMDL" means the sum of the individual wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations (LAs) for nonpoint sources, natural background loading and a margin of safety. TMDLs can be expressed in terms of either mass per time, toxicity, or other appropriate measure. The TMDL process provides for point versus nonpoint source trade-offs.

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Maximum Purchase Price has the meaning assigned to the term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Exceedance means a condition that is detected by monitoring that provides data in terms of an emission limitation or standard and that indicates that emissions (or opacity) are greater than the applicable emission limitation or standard (or less than the applicable standard in the case of a percent reduction requirement) consistent with any averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring.

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0.   • Maximum Cap Rate For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group I Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans, weighted based on their outstanding Principal Balances as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group II Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans, weighted based on their outstanding Principal Balances as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Mezzanine Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the product of (x) the weighted average (weighted on the basis of the results of subtracting from the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the applicable Loan Group, the current Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates) of the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group I Certificates and the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group II Certificates and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Maximum Credit Amount means, as to each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Maximum Credit Amounts”, as the same may be (a) reduced or terminated from time to time in connection with a reduction or termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts pursuant to Section 2.06(b) or (b) modified from time to time pursuant to any assignment permitted by Section 12.04(b).

  • Maximum Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Maximum Line means $5,000,000, unless said amount is reduced pursuant to Section 2.6, in which event it means the amount to which said amount is reduced.

  • Maximum Credit means, at any time, (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time and (ii) the Borrowing Base at such time minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Availability Reserve in effect at such time.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study. Maximum State of Charge:

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Maximum Revolver Amount means $100,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Revolver Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement.
