Maximum Revolving Credit Commitment definition

Maximum Revolving Credit Commitment means $90,000,000 as of the Closing Date, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.
Maximum Revolving Credit Commitment means $160,000,000 as the same may be reduced by an amount equal to any reduction to the Total Revolving Credit Commitment pursuant to this Agreement including, without limitation, Section 2.07 hereof.
