Maximum Payment means the Seven Million Five

Maximum Payment. The maximum retirement / severance payment benefit, under the provisions of this Article, shall be $14,500.00 under Option I and $18,000.00 under Option II.

Maximum Payment. The maximum payment benefit under the provisions of this Article shall be $20,000.

• If You remain Totally Disabled or Disabled and Working after a period of Rehabilitative Employment, You may continue to receive benefits under the Total Disability Benefit or Disabled and Working Benefit, subject to the Maximum Payment Period for such benefit.

More Definitions of Maximum Payment

Maximum Payment means an amount equal to the Preferred Return.
