Maximum LNG Reception Quantity definition

Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Clause B.1.
Maximum LNG Reception Quantity means, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.1(c), 195,275,000 MMBTUs of LNG per Contract Year; provided, however, that for purposes of the first and last Contract Year, the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be prorated based upon the ratio that the number of days during such Contract Year bears to three hundred sixty-five (365).
Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be the quantity of LNG that Customer shall have the right to deliver to SABINE in any Contract Year which shall be equal to seventy eight million four hundred seventy five thousand (78,475,000) MMBTU per Contract Year. The quantity above shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 3.1(b)(i) for leap years and for the first and last Contract Years.

  • SABINE shall make available to Customer and Other Customers spare vaporization (equivalent to approximately 180,000 MMBTUs per day) on a pro rata basis based on the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity per day prorated of Customer and the maximum LNG reception quantity per day prorated of each Other Customer.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.
