Maximum Lease Term definition

Maximum Lease Term means the Original Term and all Renewal Terms through the Renewal Term including the last Rental Payment Date set forth on the Payment Schedule.

Maximum Lease Term. The Term shall not exceed twelve (12) years.

"NOTEHOLDERS" shall mean the holders of Senior Discount Notes issued in connection with the Senior Credit Facility. "NRS" means the Nevada Revised Statutes, as the same may, from time to time, be in effect in the State of Nevada.
