Maximum Gross Landed Weight definition

Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum weight in thousand pound units at which each aircraft operated by Airline is authorized by the FAA to land at the Airport.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight or “MGLW” shall mean the maximum certificated weight, in thousand pound units, at which each aircraft operated by an Air Carrier is authorized by the FAA to land at the Airport, as certified by the aircraft’s manufacturer and recited in the Air Carrier’s flight manual governing that aircraft type.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum landed weight that each aircraft operated by Airline at the Airport is certified by the FAA to land, as recited in Airline's flight manual governing that aircraft.

Examples of Maximum Gross Landed Weight in a sentence

  • AIRLINE's landed weight for the month shall be determined as the sum of the products obtained by multiplying the Maximum Gross Landed Weight of each type of AIRLINE's aircraft by the number of Chargeable Landings of each said aircraft during such month.

  • The Net Airfield Area Operating Requirement calculated in Section 6.5.2.2 is then divided by the estimated Certified Maximum Gross Landed Weight (CMGLW) of all Airlines' Revenue Aircraft Arrivals to determine the Airlines' Landing Fee rate.

More Definitions of Maximum Gross Landed Weight

Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum gross certificated landing weight in one thousand (1,000) pound units for which each aircraft operated by Air Carrier is certified by the FAA or any successor agency thereto.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the highest maximum gross certificated landing weight for the aircraft model operated at the Airport by Airline as listed in the manufacturer’s Characteristics or Planning Manual. If the manufacturer’s Characteristics or Planning Manual is not available, the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet will be used. The Airport may annually review and update the highest maximum gross landing weight based on any changes to the Characteristics or Planning Manual, or the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet, as applicable.

Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum gross certificated landing weight in one thousand pound units for which each Aircraft operated by CARRIER is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), or any successor agency thereto. Monthly Activity Report shall mean the reporting form required to be completed and submitted by CARRIER to AUTHORITY each month attached hereto as Exhibit E, as may be amended from time to time by the Director upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to CARRIER. Any modification to this Monthly Activity Report shall automatically become a part of this Agreement, without formal amendment hereto. Non-Revenue Landing shall mean any Aircraft landing by CARRIER at Airport for which CARRIER receives no revenue, and shall include irregular and occasional ferry, test, courtesy, inspection, or other similar flights. Non-Signatory Carrier shall mean any Air Transportation Company operating at the Airport that has not entered into an agreement with the AUTHORITY. Signatory Carrier shall mean any Air Transportation Company operating at the Airport that has entered into an Air Cargo Use Agreement with the AUTHORITY and operates Air Cargo Services on a regularly-scheduled basis. Term shall mean the express time period during which CARRIER has rights and obligations as established under Section 2 of this Agreement.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum weight in thousand pound units at which each aircraft operated by an Airline is authorized by the FAA to land at the Airport.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum gross landing weight as certified by the FAA for landing of an aircraft.
Maximum Gross Landed Weight means the maximum gross certificated landed weight in one thousand pound units, as certified by the aircraft’s manufacturer and stated in AIRLINE’s flight operations manual, at which each aircraft operated at the Airport by AIRLINE is certificated by the FAA to land at the Airport. Non-Revenue Landing shall mean any aircraft landing by AIRLINE at the Airport for a flight for which AIRLINE receives no revenue. Such Non-Revenue Landings shall include irregular and occasional test, courtesy, inspection, training, ferry, or emergency flights, including any flight that, after having taken off from the Airport and without making a landing at any other airport, returns to land at the Airport because of meteorological conditions, mechanical or operating causes, or any other reason of emergency or precaution, test, courtesy, inspection or training landings. Non-Revenue Landings shall also include any landing of an aircraft by AIRLINE that is diverted to or is otherwise making an unscheduled landing at the Airport, provided that no passengers are deplaned from such aircraft during such landing. Non-Signatory Airline shall mean any Air Transportation Company that has not entered into an Airline Use and Lease Agreement, substantially similar to this Agreement, with AUTHORITY. Non-Signatory Operating Agreement shall mean the agreement, executed by AUTHORITY and any Non-Signatory Airline pertaining to such airline’s operations and use of certain facilities at the Airport, substantially similar to Exhibit “J” attached hereto. Operation and Maintenance Expenses or O&M Expenses shall mean for any period all expenses accrued or paid by AUTHORITY in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America for airports of similar characteristics for the operation, maintenance, administration and ordinary current repairs of the Airport in order to maintain and operate the Airport in a reasonable and prudent manner, all as further defined in the Resolution.
