MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $ including direct non-salary expenses. As set forth in section 14 of this Contract, should the funding source for this Contract be reduced, Contractor agrees that this maximum cost to County may be amended by written notice from County to reflect that reduction.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $40,000 including direct non- salary expenses.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $135,000 including direct non-salary expenses.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $596,866 including direct non-salary expenses, as described in Exhibit B – Addendum 3 attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, in no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $ , including direct non-salary expenses.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $160,000.00 including direct non-salary expenses, as described in Exhibit B – Addendum 1 attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to COUNTY for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $34,337,451.06 including direct non-salary expenses. As set forth in Section 26 of this Agreement, should the funding source for this Agreement be reduced, CONTRACTOR agrees that this maximum cost to COUNTY may be amended by written notice from COUNTY to reflect that reduction, subject to an equal change to the Scope of Work.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $103,934 in year one of the agreement, including direct non-salary expenses, and remaining contract year maximum costs will be determined annually by the calculations outlined in Appendix B.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $540,117.00 including direct non-salary expenses. The PROJECT costs will be funded by using available Federal Aviation Administration Grant funds. Under no circumstances shall COUNTY be called upon to contribute funds other than funds appropriated from the FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (hereinafter FAA). The COUNTY’s performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon the continued appropriation of funds from FAA Grant. Should the funds not be appropriated COUNTY may terminate this agreement with respect to those services not already provided and cancel the Project. COUNTY will give CONTRACTOR thirty (30) days’ written notice of such termination. All obligations of COUNTY to make payments for services not already provided after the termination notice will cease. Failure to secure funds by COUNTY shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to the County for the services to be provided herein exceed the total available MCTBID funds minus County administrative costs and reimbursements.
