Maximum Capital definition

Maximum Capital means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Total Commitments and (b)(i) the Net Receivables Pool Balance minus (ii) the Applicable Reserve in effect at such time.
Maximum Capital means at any time of calculation hereunder the lesser of (a) the difference between (i) the Net Receivables Pool Balance TIMES 97%, MINUS (ii) the Required Reserves and (b) the Purchase Limit.
