Maximum Allocation definition

Maximum Allocation means, with respect to each Borrower, the percentage of the aggregate fair market value of such Borrower’s Total Eligible Asset Value set forth on Schedule I attached hereto opposite such Borrower’s name under the caption “Maximum Allocation 7.21(b)” for purposes of Section 7.21(b) hereof and under the caption “Maximum Allocation 7.21(c)” for purposes of Section 7.21(c) hereof.
Maximum Allocation means, in any Month, Xxxxxxx’s highest Allocated Volume for such Month.
Maximum Allocation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3 hereof.

Examples of Maximum Allocation in a sentence

  • A contractor desiring to withdraw a portion or all of its Maximum Allocation shall furnish the State with a proposed delivery schedule.
