Maximum Accumulation definition

Maximum Accumulation. Unused paid absence leave shall accumulate to an unlimited amount.
Maximum Accumulation. Unused sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 1,280 hours.
Maximum Accumulation. Such sick leave as provided in Section 18.2 (Sick Leave Accrual), when not used, shall be cumulative; but the accumulated unused period of sick leave shall not exceed two hundred (200) working days, regardless of the length of service. Maximum Accumulation. Such sick leave as provided in Section 24.2, when not used is 2021-2024 Memorandum Agreement Berkeley Housing Authority PEU Local One AFSCME Council 57 cumulative. The accumulated unused sick leave shall not exceed two hundred (200) working days regardless of the length of service. When the maximum has been reached, and thereafter part of the maximum has been used, the number of accumulated sick days may be brought back up to the maximum at the applicable rate provided in Section 24.2.
Maximum Accumulation. Any employee who has nine hundred and sixty (960) hours of accumulated sick leave as of January 1 of any calendar year and maintains that nine hundred sixty (960) hours of sick leave through June 30 of that year and uses forty-eight (48) hours or less during that year shall be “made whole” nine hundred sixty (960) hours December 31 of that year.
Maximum Accumulation. Unused sick leave days may accumulate to a maximum credit of 70 days of sick leave per employee.

  • Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount means (a) on the first Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such Distribution Date and (b) on each subsequent Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such subsequent Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such subsequent Distribution Date.

Amounts allocated or transferred to a Separate Account are used to purchase Accumulation Units of that Account. Units are redeemed when amounts are deducted, transferred or withdrawn. The number of Accumulation Units in a Separate Account at any time is equal to the number of Accumulation Units purchased minus the number of Units redeemed in that Account up to that time. The number of Accumulation Units purchased or redeemed in a transaction is equal to the dollar amount of the transaction divided by the Account's Accumulation Unit Value for that Transaction Date.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.
