Maturity Notice definition

Maturity Notice has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.4(g);

Maturity Notice means a notice issued by the Issuer in accordance with clause 5.1 or 6.4(a) of the Terms; "Memory Event" has the meaning given to it in Section 2 “Term Sheet”;

More Definitions of Maturity Notice

Maturity Notice means a notice issued by the Issuer in accordance with clause 5.1 or 6.5 of the Terms;
