Maturity Dates definition

Maturity Dates means those dates on which the Bonds mature in accordance with their terms, as determined and fixed by the Local Government Unit and the Purchaser in the Purchase Proposal.
Maturity Dates means January 1 and July 1 of each year from July 1, 2023 through the Final Maturity Date.
