Maternity/Paternity Leave means a leave of absence granted to an Employee who leaves employment due to pregnancy of that Employee, birth of a child of the Employee, placement of a child with the Employee in connection with adoption of such child by the Employee, or caring for a child of the Employee immediately following such birth or placement for adoption.
