Materials of Environmental Concern definition

Materials of Environmental Concern any gasoline or petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) or petroleum products or any hazardous or toxic substances, materials or wastes, defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and urea-formaldehyde insulation.

Materials of Environmental Concern means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic substances and hazardous substances, any toxic mold, radon gas or other naturally occurring toxic or hazardous substance or organism and any material that is regulated in any way, or for which liability is imposed, pursuant to an Environmental Law.

Materials of Environmental Concern means any gasoline or petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) or petroleum products or any hazardous or toxic substances, materials or wastes, defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and urea-formaldehyde insulation.

• The Borrower and its Significant Subsidiaries do not have liabilities under Environmental Laws or relating to Materials of Environmental Concern that have not been disclosed in public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission as of the Effective Date that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Materials of Environmental Concern means pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic substances, petroleum and petroleum products and any other materials regulated under Environmental Laws.

Materials of Environmental Concern means any: pollutants, contaminants or hazardous substances (as such terms are defined under CERCLA), pesticides (as such term is defined under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act), solid wastes and hazardous wastes (as such terms are defined under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act), chemicals, other hazardous, radioactive or toxic materials, oil, petroleum and petroleum products (and fractions thereof), or any other material (or article containing such material) listed or subject to regulation under any law, statute, rule, regulation, order, Permit, or directive due to its potential, directly or indirectly, to harm the environment or the health of humans or other living beings.

Materials of Environmental Concern. Any hazardous, toxic or harmful substances, materials, wastes, pollutants or contaminants defined as such in or regulated under any Environmental Law.

Materials of Environmental Concern means pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic substances, petroleum and petroleum products, and any other hazardous or toxic materials regulated under Environmental Laws.
