Material Systems definition

Material Systems means, with respect to any person, all internal computer systems, communications systems, embedded manufacturing systems and facilities infrastructure systems that are material to the business, finances and operations of such person.

  • Internal Systems means the internal systems of the Company that are used in its business or operations, including, computer hardware systems, software applications and embedded systems.
