Material Permit definition

Material Permit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).

Material Permit has the meaning specified in Section 3.15(b).

Material Permit means each licence or permit listed in Schedule 6.01(h) hereto and each other licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification granted to or held by any Company which if terminated would result, or would have a reasonable likelihood of resulting, in a Default, Event of Default or Material Adverse Change.

More Definitions of Material Permit

Material Permit means a licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification granted to or held by a Company which if terminated would impair the ability of the Company to carry on the Business in the ordinary course, or would result, or would reasonably be expected to result, in an Event of Default or Material Adverse Change; specifically including, the Health Canada Licences and as of the date of this Agreement each other licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification listed in Schedule 4.01(h).

Material Permit has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.28 hereof.

Material Permit means each Permit issued at any time to an Obligor that, if terminated, would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;

Material Permit means any Permit material for the conduct of the Business as it is currently conducted other than those that would reasonably be expected by Seller (without investigation or knowledge as to any particularized circumstances of Purchaser) to be able to be obtained by Purchaser or its Affiliates in the ordinary course of business without significant delay or expense.

Material Permit permits required for the Borrower to conduct of its businesses, operations and Real Property in accordance with Requirements of Law, excluding such permits the absence of which, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Material Permit means any Permit issued to any Obligor that, if terminated, would impair the ability of the Obligor to carry on business in the Ordinary Course or would have a Material Adverse Effect.
