Material Parent Subsidiary definition

Material Parent Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of Parent that is listed in Section 4.1(b) of the Parent Disclosure Letter.
Material Parent Subsidiary means a "Significant Subsidiary" as defined in Rule 1-02 of Regulation S-X promulgated by the SEC.
