Material Failure definition

Material Failure means a behaviour, or repeated behaviour, which could lead the injured party to xxx for termination of the Agreement;
Material Failure means an act or failure to act that materially threatens cancellation or material impairment of a FCC License.

More Definitions of Material Failure

Material Failure means any failure or persistent unplanned shutdown of all or a material part of the Project Facilities that:
