Material Contractor definition

Material Contractor means any goods or services contractor of the Grantee engaged or expected to be engaged to work on the Project for an aggregated value of more than $5,000 USD across any twelve (12) month period.
Material Contractor means any Person who (i) purchased from or provided to the Corporation more than $15,000 of goods or services during the preceding twelve calendar months or (ii) leased real or personal property to or licensed rights to or from the Corporation for an aggregate amount in excess of $15,000 during the preceding twelve calendar months.
Material Contractor means any party to whom Big Dog regularly sends unembellished articles of Inventory for finish work and to whom during its most recent Fiscal Year, Big Dog paid more than $250,000 for such finish work.
