Material Change in Formula definition

Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the First Trading Date of a material change in the formula for or method of calculating the relevant Commodity Future Price.
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence of a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating the relevant price of the Commodity.

Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Start Date of a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating any price, in the determination of the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, relevant for the determination of the Relevant Price.
