Material Activity definition

Material Activity has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(d).
Material Activity has the meaning given to it in Section 1.4.
Material Activity means any activity that, when it is not carried out in accordance with the rules, reduces the institution's ability to meet the regulatory requirements or to continue its operations as well as any activity necessary for sound and prudent risk management.

  • Substantial action means adopting, publicizing, and implementing a formal plan to cease scrutinized business operations within 1 year and to refrain from any new business operations.

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Criminal sexual activity means the commission of an act as defined in Section 886 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which is the act of sodomy; and

  • Material Environmental Liabilities means Environmental Liabilities exceeding $500,000 in the aggregate.

  • Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).
