Matching Grant definition

Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made out of the proceeds of the Financing by the Project Implementing Entity, to a Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
Matching Grant means a grant to be made to a Sub-Grant Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for a Sub-Project under Parts A.2(B) or B.1(A)(i) of the Project, for which the Sub-Grant Beneficiary must provide a matching contribution (in cash or in kind), as further detailed in the PIM.
Matching Grant means the matching grant to be provided for Micro-Projects under Part B.(3) (a) of the Project;
