  • A merchant web site must display the Visa and MasterCard Marks in full color to indicate card acceptance.

  • Correspondent shall pay all charges or assessments that may be made by Visa or MasterCard with respect to Correspondent’s use of the Visa Marks or MasterCard Marks in connection with the Plan.

  • The Merchant shall not infringe upon the MasterCard Marks (hereinafter defined) or logo, nor otherwise use the MasterCard Xxxx or logo in such a manner as to create the impression Merchant’s products or services are sponsored, produced, affiliated with, offered, or sold by MasterCard Corporation.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data.   • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
