Master Trustee definition

Master Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, Houston, Texas, as master trustee under the Master Trust Indenture, and any successor trustee pursuant to the Master Trust Indenture at the time serving as Master Trustee thereunder.

More Definitions of Master Trustee

Master Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as successor master trustee under the Master Indenture, until a successor Master Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Master Indenture, and thereafter “Master Trustee” shall mean such successor.
