Master Servicer definition

Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Servicing Agreement and any successor thereunder.

Master Servicer. Aurora Loan Services LLC, or any successor in interest, or if any successor master servicer shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor master servicer.

• The Primary Servicer may not waive any Penalty Charges that the Master Servicer is permitted to waive under Section 3.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement without the consent of the Master Servicer.

More Definitions of Master Servicer

Master Servicer. With respect to any Securitization Transaction, the “master servicer,” if any, identified in the related transaction documents.
