Master Premises definition

Master Premises has the meaning given to such term in Recital A to this Lease.

Master Premises means the land more particularly described in the Master Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all rights, easements, and --------- appurtenances thereunto belonging or pertaining, together with the improvements thereon (the "Building") containing approximately 109,780 square feet of space, and fixtures, furnishings and equipment located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.

Examples of Master Premises in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any provision of this Sublease to the contrary, no portion of the Premises shall be located outside the boundaries of the Master Premises specified in the Master Lease.

• The parties wish to enter into this Sublease, to cause the relocation of Subtenant's homeless persons health project within the Master Premises in order to demolish the current improvements at 739 River Street, and construction of the improvements described in the Master Lease.

• As the services contemplated under the Existing Master General Services Agreement and the Existing Master Premises Leasing Agreement are all categorized as administrative and logistics services and in order to better facilitate the management of such services, the Company decided to combine the two agreements by entering into the new Master General Services Agreement, the scope of which will cover the services contemplated under the Existing Master Premises Leasing Agreement.

More Definitions of Master Premises

Master Premises means that portion of the Airport that Delta Mxxx leased from the Master Lessor pursuant to the Master Lease, as set forth in Recital B above.

Master Premises means the Premises demised to Landlord under the Master Lease.
