Master Lessee definition

Master Lessee means Toys ‘R’ Us-Delaware, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any successor or assign permitted pursuant to the provisions set forth herein.
Master Lessee means Station Casinos, Inc., a Nevada corporation and “Master Lessee Parties” shall mean the Master Lessee and each Individual Property Sublessee.

Master Lessee means the party executing this Master Lease as the “Lessee”.
