Master Land Use Plan definition

Master Land Use Plan means and refer to the plan for the development of the property described in Exhibit "A" prepared by Heidt & Associates and dated July 9, 1990, as it may be amended from time to time.

Master Land Use Plan refers to a plan prepared by Developer, subject to Board approval, proposing a development plan for the Project, which will describe, among other things, a mix of proposed land uses, a projected density and intensity range, a proposed circulation plan, proposed development standards and guidelines, and a preliminary infrastructure phasing and financing plan. It is currently anticipated by the Parties that such Master Land Use Plan (along with the Specific Plan, as necessary) will also be presented to the City for adoption as the underlying City zoning for the Property.

Master Land Use Plan means the Master Land Use Plan for the Community, which is Exhibit "B".

Master Land Use Plan means and refer to the plan for the development of the property described on Exhibit "A", prepared byand dated, as it may be amended from time to time.

Master Land Use Plan means a policy guide for land development, acquisition and use. This document is derived from the “Strategic Plan for Land Acquisition” as developed by the Legislature, research, and public input.

Master Land Use Plan means that certain Master Land Use Plan for Jonathan's Landing dated February 8, 1978 filed with the Planning, Building and Zoning Department of Palm Beach County, Florida, as it may be lawfully amended or altered from time to time. If the Master Land Use Plan is amended or altered, it shall automatically amend or alter this Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions in accordance therewith. The land in Jonathan's Landing shall only be used in conformity with the Master Land Use Plan and the Design and Development Guidelines of Jonathan’s Landing, and in conformity with any Special Land Use Plans as they pertain to each separate Parcel within Jonathan's Landing. If the Master Land Use Plan, the Design and Development Guidelines of Jonathan's Landing or Special Land Use Plans are hereafter duly modified or otherwise altered pursuant to law, these restrictions shall automatically be deemed likewise modified or altered to the same effect.

Master Land Use Plan means and refer to the master land use plan for the Property, on file with the County, as same may be amended from time to time.

Master Land Use Plan means the approved site plan for the Community, which is Exhibit “F”. “Master Sanitary Sewer Study” means the comprehensive study to be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to the recordation of each Development Phase Final Map, including updates required by the City where changes to the approved densities or layout of the development are proposed that would impact downstream pipeline capacities and that may result in additional required Off-Property sewer improvements.

Master Land Use Plan or “master plan” means a general body of texts, maps, and descriptive material, that constitutes an overall plan for the development of land, physical resources, and facilities within the state.

Master Land Use Plan means and refer to the preliminary development map or maps for the property described on Exhibits "A" and "B" most recently approved by the County of Fayette, Kentucky, as such map or maps may be amended from time to time.
