Master Franchisee definition

Master Franchisee means LatAm, LLC, or any successor to its rights and obligations under the Amended and Restated Master Franchise Agreement, dated as of November 10, 2008 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among McDonald’s Latin America, the Borrower and the other parties thereto.
Master Franchisee means the Party designated in the preamble above as Master Franchisee, its successors and permitted assigns.
Master Franchisee means a Person that has the exclusive rights to develop, operate or sub-license a Brand.

If two or more persons are at any time Master Franchisee hereunder, whether or not as partners or joint venturers, their obligations and liabilities to Franchisor shall be joint and several. This Agreement may be executed in multiple copies, each of which shall be deemed an original.
