Master Collection Accounts definition

Master Collection Accounts has the meaning given to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Master Collection Accounts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09 of the Contribution Agreement.
Master Collection Accounts means the Original Master Collection Accounts and/or following the Collection Account Activation Date, the New Master Collection Accounts as the context requires;

Examples of Master Collection Accounts in a sentence

  • All Collections in the Collection Accounts or Master Collection Accounts shall be transferred to the applicable Company Concentration Accounts by no later than 12:30 p.m. London time on the next Business Day following the day of receipt of Collections in the Collection Accounts.

  • With respect to Collateral that consists of Master Collection Accounts (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), Regional, the other Borrowers, the Special Purpose Subsidiaries and the other Grantors (as defined in the Security Agreement), pursuant to the Security Agreement shall grant a security interest in such Master Collection Accounts to Collateral Agent.

  • The Collection Accounts and Master Collection Accounts as of the Effective Date are set forth in Schedule 3 hereof.

  • Except to the extent otherwise permitted under the terms of this Agreement, the Collection Accounts and the Master Collection Accounts are free and clear of any Lien (except for Trustee Liens).

  • Other than in connection with the Intercreditor Agreement upon the satisfaction of the Intercreditor Condition, the Servicer has not pledged or granted any Lien on, or entered into any control arrangement over, the Servicer Master Collection Accounts.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc., Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass- Thrxxxx Xxrtificates, Series 2003-1 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Principal Account(s means deposit accounts of the Fund carried on the books of BBH&Co. as principal in accordance with Section 7 hereof.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
