Master Authorised Participant Terms definition

Master Authorised Participant Terms means the master authorised participant terms version number 1 dated 1 June 2010 relating to the Programme.

  • Authorised Participant Agreement means, in respect of an Authorised Participant, the authorised participant agreement (as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time) entered into by the Issuer and such Authorised Participant.

  • Initial Authorised Participant means BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. and any successor thereto.

  • Authorised Participant means the Initial Authorised Participant, the Second Authorised Participant and any Additional Authorised Participant.

A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.

  • Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
