Mass Privacy Act definition

Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.
Mass Privacy Act means the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information, 201 CMR 17.00, et seq.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • IT Act means the Income-tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made thereunder and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force.
