If such action or proceeding is terminated or discontinued adversely to Borrower (or in the case of the Maryland Property, Maryland Loan Guarantor), Borrower or Maryland Loan Guarantor, as applicable, shall deliver to Lender reasonable evidence of its compliance with such contested Imposition, Lien, Legal Requirements or Insurance Requirements, as the case may be.
