Registered Office means the registered office for the time being of the Company.
Cayman Islands means the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory.
Islands (“Ynysoedd”) means the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man;
Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;
Island means an area between traffic lanes or at an intersection for control
the Netherlands means the part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands located in Europe.
Bermuda means the Islands of Bermuda;
Mauritius means the Republic of Mauritius and includes:
Cyprus means the Republic of Cyprus and, when used in a geographical sense, includes the national territory, the territorial sea thereof as well as any area outside the territorial sea, including the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf, which has been or may hereafter be designated, under the laws of Cyprus and in accordance with international law, as an area within which Cyprus may exercise sovereign rights or jurisdiction;
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
Flag means a piece of woven cloth or other material designed to be flown from a pole or mast.
Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
Finland means the Republic of Finland and, when used in a geographical sense, means the territory of the Republic of Finland, and any area adjacent to the territorial waters of the Republic of Finland within which, under the laws of Finland and in accordance with international law, the rights of Finland with respect to the exploration for and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea bed and its sub-soil and of the superjacent waters may be exercised;
Ireland means the Republic of Ireland.
Organisers means the organization named as the Organiser(s) of the Exhibition on the Application Form.
South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
Norway means the Kingdom of Norway, and includes the land territory and internal waters, the territorial sea and the area beyond the territorial sea where the Kingdom of Norway, according to Norwegian legislation and in accordance with international law, may exercise her rights with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources; the term does not comprise Svalbard, Jan Mayen and the Norwegian dependencies (“xxxxxx”);
Limited liability company means a limited liability company formed under Chapter 1705 of the Ohio Revised Code or under the laws of another state.
Republic means the Republic of South Africa.
Switzerland means the Swiss Confederation;
Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies. We have made no enquiries into the Company’s good standing with respect to any filings or payment of fees, or both, that it may be required to make under the laws of the Cayman Islands other than the Companies Act.
Domestic limited liability company means an entity that is an unincorporated association having one or more members and that is organized under ORS chapter 63.
Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.
Limited liability means that the liability of each shareholder is limited to the amount unpaid by the shareholder on the shares of the company (except in exceptional circumstances, such as involving fraud, the establishment of an agency relationship or an illegal or improper purpose or other circumstances in which a court may be prepared to pierce or lift the corporate veil).
