Marketing Support definition

Marketing Support means (i) advertising space, (ii) marketing services, (iii) promotional products or services, (iv) Other Data or Derived Analyses, and (v) other marketing or promotional products or services.
Marketing Support means costs of showroom and trade shows displays and all other branded marketing and promotional materials created and developed by or on behalf of Licensee to be used to promote the distribution and sale of Licensed Products to the trade. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Marketing Support does not include costs associated with in-store seminars.

Marketing Support. At all times during the terms of this agreement, SOLUCORP will provide sufficient technical and/or marketing support, as limited to SOLUCORP's capabilities, to SMART.

In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Traditional Territory means, subject to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, with respect to each Yukon First Nation and each Yukon Indian Person enrolled in that Yukon First Nation's Final Agreement, the geographic area within the Yukon identified as that Yukon First Nation's Traditional Territory on the map referred to in 2.9.0.
